• Pay range D, $16.50-$24 per hour, plus excellent fringe benefits
  • Acts as liaison between staff and IT providers to support workstation users, servers, and maintain agency website and social media.
  • Responsible for processing IT billing invoices and maintaining service contracts.
  • Position also assists HR Manager with light clerical duties and covers front-desk Receptionist duties when needed.
  • Must be customer service oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
