PHA Plan 45-Day Notice of Public Comment This notice serves as a 45-day notice for the Columbia Housing Authority’s (CHA) Five Year and Annual PHA Plan for FY 2027 and associated PHA operating budgets. The comment period will run from August 30, 2026, through October 14, 2026. The CHA Board of Commissioners will consider final approval of the plan and PHA operating budgets at a public hearing at its October 14, 2026, regular meeting.

The CHA’s PHA Plan for FY 2027-3031, Annual Plan, and Annual Operating Budgets will be available for public re-view and written comment at the CHA Administration Building, 201 Switzler Street or online at: www.columbiaha.com
The CHA Board of Commissioners will also receive public comment at their regular meeting Oct. 14 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the CHA Administration Building, 201 Switzler St.
