Your Service Coordinator will:
Your ROSS Coordinator will meet with you to complete an assessment to help you identify your individual or household needs and goals. Your RSC is available to help you create an “action plan” to identify and address training, education, counseling, and other supportive services.
Make contact with you regularly to follow up with progress
Connect you with the appropriate resources/services.
