CHA Affordable Housing Properties
Columbia Housing Authority owns and operates over 700 units of subsidized affordable housing. Income eligible families and individuals pay 30% of their adjusted household income for rent. Residents must pay for their own utilities in most properties.

The Oak Towers Apartments are designated as near-elderly housing for ages 55+, and utilities are provided.
The Paquin Tower Apartments are designated for persons with disabilities and the elderly. Utilities are provided.
The Patriot Place Apartments are designated for homeless Veterans. Utilities are provided.
