Salary Range: H, $90,000 – $125,000 per year, plus excellent fringe benefits package
This is an advanced managerial and administrative position that is performed under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsible for oversight of financial responsibilities, including planning, directing, and coordinating all facets of CHA operations involving finance.

Starting Pay Range: $14.00 – $18.50 per hour, based on education and experience
Hours: Part-Time (15-25 hours per week), between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday in July, and between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, when public school is in session, August through June.
Responsible for assisting with all components of Columbia Housing Authority’s Moving Ahead Program (MAP).
Prefer to have valid Class E driver’s license or be able to obtain one within three months of hire.

Annual salary range is $58,240 to $90,000, plus excellent fringe benefits
Director level position providing HR support agency wide.
Experience managing HR department and working with employee benefits is required.
Considerable knowledge of HR software applications and computer operations desired.

Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
Part Time Position, up to 20 hours per week, must have availability between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Van driver for CHA’s Moving Ahead Program, transporting youth to and from home, school, and to grant program sites and activities.
Must have (or be able to obtain) class E driver’s license with good driving record.
