Pay Range: F, $22.00 – $34.00 per hour ($45,760 – $70,720 per year), plus excellent fringe benefits package
This position involves performing duties that require knowledge of and experience with accounting principles and practices, clerical office skills, and computer operations.
Conducts financial analysis, research, and analyzes data to produce reports as needed for management.

Pay Range: A, $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on education and experience
Hours: Part-Time (15-25 hours per week), between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday in July, and between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, when public school is in session, August through June.
Responsible for assisting with all components of Columbia Housing Authority’s Moving Ahead Program (MAP).
Required to have valid Class E driver’s license or be able to obtain one within three months of hire.

Performs floor maintenance and care, general maintenance, grounds care, unit restoration, and custodial duties as assigned.
