Starting Pay Range: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on education and experience
Hours: Part-Time (15-25 hours per week), between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday in July, and between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, when public school is in session, August through June.
Responsible for assisting with all components of Columbia Housing Authority’s Moving Ahead Program (MAP).
Prefer to have valid Class E driver’s license or be able to obtain one within three months of hire.

Pay Range: E, $41,600–$58,240 annually, plus excellent fringe benefits.
This position provides assistance in obtaining affordable housing for low-income families utilizing vouchers.
Ensures compliance with HUD’s HCV program (formerly known as Section 8.)
Corresponds with program participants as well as landlords.
Must have experience in property management, business or public administration, accounting, or social services.

Part Time Position, up to 20 hours per week, must have availability between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Van driver for CHA’s Moving Ahead Program, transporting youth to and from home, school, and to grant program sites and activities.
Must have (or be able to obtain) class E driver’s license with good driving record.
