Affordable Housing Manager I

• Pay range: D, $18.00 – $26.00 per hour ($37,440 – $54,080 annually), plus excellent fringe benefits
• This position is responsible for the management of Public Housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and Project-Based Voucher housing properties.
• Duties include leasing/lease enforcement, rent collection, property inspection and management, budgeting, inventory, and maintenance supervision.
