- Starting Salary: $18 – $26 per hour ($37,440 – $54,080 annually), plus excellent fringe benefits package
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
- Will work independently on the rehabilitation of units or resolution of work orders, restoring living units to UPCS standards
- Working knowledge of and skill in applying knowledge in plumbing, electricity, heating, carpentry, painting, and mechanical equipment.
