Public notice is hereby given that Housing Authority of the City of Columbia, Missouri (the “Authority”) will hold a public hearing in the board room of the offices of the Authority, 201 Switzler Street, Columbia, Missouri 65203, on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, commencing at 5:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, regarding the proposed issuance by the Authority of its exempt facility housing revenue bonds, in one or more series, in a principal amount of not to exceed $6,500,000, for the purpose of financing a portion of the costs of the acquisition, rehabilitation and construction of an approximately 25-unit qualified residential rental project under Section 142 of the Internal Revenue Code, to be located in the City of Columbia, Missouri, to be known as Providence Walkway Apartments (the “Project”), which land and buildings will generally be located south of E. Worley Street, east of Lasalle Place, north of Allen Street and Boone Drive and west of North Providence Road, and includes, but is not limited to, the following approximate addresses: 307 – 325 and 401 – 411 Trinity Place and certain land located on and south of 106 E Worley Street. The principal user of the Project will be Providence Walkway Housing Development Group, LP, a Missouri limited partnership.
Interested individuals may attend and participate in the hearing in person at the address specified above. The hearing will be open to the public. All interested persons may attend the hearing and will have an opportunity to express their views with respect to the Project, including the location and nature of the proposed facilities and the issuance of bonds to pay a portion of the costs thereof. Written comments with respect to the Project may also be submitted to the undersigned prior to the hearing. Additional information regarding the proposed Project and the bond issue may be obtained in advance of the hearing from the undersigned. The Authority makes reasonable accommodations for any known disability that may interfere with a person’s ability to participate in public meetings.
