The Columbia Housing Authority is hosting a Pre-Bid Conference in partnership with EM Harris Construction for the construction of eleven new apartment buildings for our Kinney Point development at 100 East Sexton in Columbia. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 13th at 11:00 am at 7 E Sexton Road, Columbia, MO. All contractors are encouraged to attend. Certified Section 3 and MBE/WBE contractors are strongly encouraged to bid. Please see attached flyer for more information.
