Housing Intake Coordinator
- Pay Range: D, $18.00 – $26.00 per hour, plus excellent fringe benefits
- Provides assistance to individuals applying for affordable housing assistance, maintains waiting lists, and coordinates monthly applicant orientation meetings.
- Will review applications and determine eligibility of applicants under CHA’s Administrative Plan, including initial determination of family composition, income eligibility, and the qualification for any preferences.

Moving Ahead Program (MAP) Assistant/Teacher
- Pay Range: A, $16.97 per hour
- Hours: Part-Time (15-25 hours per week), between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, when public school is in session, August through June, and between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (up to 45 hours per week) Monday through Friday in July.
- Responsible for assisting with all components of Columbia Housing Authority’s Moving Ahead Program (MAP).
- Required to have valid Class E driver’s license or be able to obtain one within three months of hire.
