PBV/LIHTC Specialist

Project-Based Voucher/Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Specialist

• Salary: $41,600 to $58,240 per year
• Support low-income families in accessing affordable housing through the Project-Based Voucher and LIHTC program.
• Explain program requirements to participants via briefings and individual sessions.
• Verify eligibility, income, and family composition for initial and ongoing eligibility.
• Assist with compliance audits.

Accountant

• Pay Range: F, $22.00 – $34.00 per hour ($45,760 – $70,720 per year), plus excellent fringe benefits package
• This position involves performing duties that require knowledge of and experience with accounting principles and practices, clerical office skills, and computer operations.
• Conducts financial analysis, research, and analyzes data to produce reports as needed for management.
