Housing Development Coordinator (Facilities and Modernization)

  • Pay Range: F, $45,760 – $70,720 annually, plus excellent fringe benefits package
  • Will assist in the evaluation of potential development sites and feasibility analyses related to property acquisitions and construction related analysis.
  • Responsible for assisting with coordination of the construction process by ensuring compliance with lender and governmental requirements and supporting CHA Affordable Housing Development staff in preparing loan disbursement requests.
  • Responsible for assisting with processing and maintaining all reporting, budgeting, and financials for new construction projects, as well as capital projects for existing facilities and on-going maintenance.

Housing Development Coordinator (Affordable Housing Development)

Affordable Housing Manager II – Bear Creek & Patriots Place

  • Pay Range: E, $41,600 – $58,240 annually, plus excellent fringe benefits
  • This position is responsible for the management of Public Housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and Project-Based Voucher housing properties.
  • Duties include leasing/lease enforcement, rent collection, property inspection and management, budgeting, inventory, and maintenance supervision.

Family Support Specialist

  • Pay Range: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour ($37,440 – $54,080 annually), plus excellent fringe benefits package
  • Approximately 75% of this role focuses on providing outreach to Moving Ahead families, working directly with students and their families.
  • Provides family support services to include, but not be limited to, education, training, and community-building with partners, families, and schools.
  • Remaining time will be dedicated to managing the operations of the Annie Fisher Food Pantry.
