Assistant Affordable Housing Manager

Maintenance II – Bear Creek Location

  • Must have experience in one or more of the building trades or related fields including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC, etc.

Maintenance Mechanic I

  • Pay Range: D, $18 – $26 per hour ($37,440 – $54,080 annually), plus excellent fringe benefits
  • Must be able to perform tasks requiring lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
  • Will work independently on the rehabilitation of units or resolution of work orders, restoring living units to UPCS standards
  • Working knowledge of and skill in applying knowledge in plumbing, electricity, heating, carpentry, painting, and mechanical equipment.
