Housing Intake Coordinator
- Pay Range: D, $18.00 – $26.00 per hour, plus excellent fringe benefits
- Provides assistance to individuals applying for affordable housing assistance, maintains waiting lists, and coordinates monthly applicant orientation meetings.

- This position is responsible for the management of Public Housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and Project-Based Voucher housing properties.

Chief Financial Officer

Moving Ahead Program (MAP) Assistant/Teacher
- Starting Pay Range: $14.00 – $18.50 per hour, based on education and experience
- Hours: Part-Time (15-25 hours per week), between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday in July, and between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, when public school is in session, August through June.
- Responsible for assisting with all components of Columbia Housing Authority’s Moving Ahead Program (MAP).
- Prefer to have valid Class E driver’s license or be able to obtain one within three months of hire.
