Affordable Housing Manager II – Bear Creek & Patriots Place

  • Pay Range: E, $41,600 – $58,240 annually, plus excellent fringe benefits
  • This position is responsible for the management of Public Housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and Project-Based Voucher housing properties.
  • Duties include leasing/lease enforcement, rent collection, property inspection and management, budgeting, inventory, and maintenance supervision.

Maintenance Mechanic I

  • Pay Range: D, $18 – $26 per hour ($37,440 – $54,080 annually), plus excellent fringe benefits
  • Must be able to perform tasks requiring lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
