PHA ANNUAL PLAN
Each year, the Columbia Housing Authority develops an Annual Plan and Budget. A Five-Year Plan is developed every five years. These plans provide an overview of the management and operation of the housing authority and also include the CHA operating budget and Capital Fund budget.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
The CHA Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the proposed PHA Plan on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The public hearing will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the CHA Administration Building, 201 Switzler Street.
